Purpose
Highlands Community Charter School provides the Highlands Forward Door Sign Generator to help authorized personnel create standardized organizational office signage.
Authorized Use
This generator, and the Highlands Forward branding it produces, are intended for authorized Highlands Community Charter School organizational use. When using this tool, please don't:
- Impersonate another person
- Falsely represent a job title
- Falsely represent a department
- Create misleading signs
- Create unauthorized organizational signage
- Misuse Highlands Forward or Highlands Community Charter School branding
User Responsibility
You're responsible for verifying the accuracy of names, titles, departments or programs, office/department names, room or space names, and any other information on a sign before printing or displaying it.
Standardized Branding
The generator intentionally limits design customization in order to keep Highlands Forward signage consistent across the organization. Please don't alter generated signs in ways that create misleading or unauthorized Highlands Forward branding.
Printing and Output
Review your generated PDF or printed sign before installing it. When printing the PDF, choose Actual Size / 100% in your print dialog rather than a "fit to page" or scaled option, so the sign prints at true 8.5 × 11 inch dimensions. Output can vary slightly depending on your printer, browser, operating system, PDF viewer, printer settings, paper, and physical sign holder.
Availability
Highlands Community Charter School may update, modify, restrict, replace, temporarily disable, or discontinue the generator when necessary.
No Guarantee
The Door Sign Generator is provided as an organizational utility to help produce consistent signage. It is provided as-is, without formal warranty, and you should review the output before relying on it for an official sign.
Branding / Intellectual Property
Highlands Forward branding and related organizational branding produced by this tool may only be used for authorized Highlands Community Charter School organizational purposes.

Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the generator evolves. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date at the top of this page.
